Terms of Service
Using this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about residential plumbing and electrical services. It is not technical advice for your specific situation and should not be used in place of an on-site assessment by a qualified professional.
Service requests
Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, timing and scope. Availability varies by location, time of day and demand.
Estimates and pricing
Pricing depends on the work required, materials and site conditions. Any figures discussed before an on-site assessment are preliminary. Work proceeds only after the recommended solution and cost are explained to you.
Emergencies
For urgent issues, call 437-499-0388 instead of using the online form. If there is a risk to life or property, contact emergency services and your utility provider first.
